Finally I'll be returning to Africa - West Africa this time, which is a part of the continent that I've never visited. From what I hear I won't be disappointed. During highschool I was really jealous of this guy Soeren Kjeldsen who wanted to turn his hobby golf into his career. I remember thinking that kind of determination must provide a strong sense of inner peace. At the same time, I had no clue what my future profession would evolve around. I seemed to change my mind on a weekly basis going from horseriding to librarian to journalism, etc. However, one thing had been a passion of mine ever since my parents brought me with them to Lesotho, Southern Africa; I had a deep and sincere interest in this mysterious continent and by finalizing a Master's Degree in Developement, it became possible to relate this passion to a future career. Hence, here I am on my way back to the red soil that I love; the dust and sharp sun from above:-)
